Why Tracking May Not Be Available Yet:

The first scan often occurs at a regional hub near the destination, which may be delayed during high-volume periods.

Some carriers do not scan again until the package is out for delivery.

There can be a lag between scans and updates in the tracking database.

Certain shipment types (e.g., Standard International) may not be fully trackable online, but they still arrive by or before day 20 (U.S.) or day 25 (International).

Beyond 20 (U.S.) or 25 (International) Business Days

If 20 (U.S.) or 25 (international) business days pass and tracking hasn’t updated, allow up to 5 more business days—most packages arrive just after those windows.
Beyond 30 (U.S.) or 35 (International) Business Days

How We Calculate Shipping & Delivery Dates

Delivery Estimate = Ship Date + Transit Time.

Transit Time depends on the shipping option you chose and counts only business days (weekends generally don’t count unless you selected weekend delivery).

We also factor in holidays when calculating transit times.

“Order Within” Countdown Timer:

For select products, you may see a countdown showing how long you have to place your order to receive it by a specific date. This date can change until you complete checkout; your final delivery estimate appears in your confirmation email.

Free-shipping orders arrive within 7–25 business days.
