Seeing “sohearings” on Your Statement
If you notice “sohearings” on your bank or credit card statement, it means either you—or someone in your household—made a purchase from SoHearings (or one of our affiliated sites), or a subscription tied to SoHearings has automatically renewed.
Steps to Trace the Charge

Search your email for confirmation messages containing phrases like “Thank you for your purchase” or “Order summary.”

Find the receipt that matches the amount on your billing statement.

Note the sender’s email address and identify the domain (for instance, “support@DOMAINWEBSITE.com”).

Visit that domain’s website to see if it looks familiar.

If it’s a site you recognize:

Click Open a Support Request at the top of the page.

Scroll to the bottom and select Open a Support Request.
