Packages may be returned to us marked as undeliverable for various reasons:

Incorrect or Outdated Address
If the address you provided is wrong or no longer valid, the carrier holds the package (for a time that varies by courier) and then returns it. Always double-check your address before completing your order. -

Order Shipped to the Wrong Address (After Shipment)
If you realize the shipping address was incorrect after the order shipped, submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can determine whether a replacement is possible. Please note that all sales are final and refunds cannot be granted. -
Order Shipped to the Wrong Address (Before Shipment)
If you notified us of the wrong address before the order shipped, submit a ticket via our Contact Form page. We’ll work with our Fulfillment Center to find the best way to correct the issue. -
Minor Typographical Errors
If there’s a simple spelling error (e.g., “Loa Angeles, CA, 90210”), your local post office may still recognize the correct address. In that case, please contact your local post office for assistance. -
Major Address Errors
If important details like street name, ZIP code, or city are incorrect, we’ll contact your local post office on your behalf to make necessary corrections. If correcting the address is no longer possible, we will send a replacement. -
Unrecognized Address Format or Carrier Limitations
Sometimes our system doesn’t recognize how an address was entered, or the assigned carrier cannot deliver to that location. -
Restricted Delivery Address
Sending orders to prisons, correctional facilities, or similar institutions may trigger delivery restrictions imposed by those locations or by the carrier. -
Failed Delivery Attempts
Most carriers attempt delivery more than once. If they cannot complete delivery after multiple tries, the package is returned. -
Recipient Refusal
If someone receiving a gift—or an unexpected package—refuses delivery, the carrier will return it to us.

Because orders returned as undeliverable can’t be reshipped for the reasons above (except when correcting an address before shipment), please place a new order on our website if you still wish to purchase the same item(s).
