Our Product Research Team works hard to identify products we believe you’ll love—whether they’re trending, in high demand, or popular. As a small business, we ask that you conduct your own research (including online searches) before placing an order. If you feel a product isn’t right for you or doesn’t meet your needs, please do not complete the purchase.

While we understand you may be unhappy with your purchase, our operational costs have already been incurred. Therefore, all sales are final, and refunds cannot be issued.
Incorrect Item Received
An incorrect item means you received something completely different from what’s shown on our website.

Example 1 (Will be replaced): You ordered a dress but received a pair of shoes.

Example 2 (Will be replaced): You ordered lipstick but got mascara.

Example 3 (Will NOT be replaced): You ordered a weighted plushie but feel it isn’t heavy enough.

We strive to include thorough product information so you can decide before purchasing.

Example 4 (Will NOT be replaced): You ordered a jacket in size Large but feel that the one you received fits like a Small.

Please review all product details before ordering to ensure they meet your expectations.

If a replacement is approved, we’ll create a new order using the same shipping speed as your original purchase.

Send us three photos of the item (from different angles) to help us process your replacement quickly.

Once your replacement is confirmed, there’s no need to return the incorrect item to us.
Items Not Received After 30 Days
If 30 days have passed and your order still hasn’t arrived (excluding shipments marked “Delivered” on the carrier’s website, e.g., showing delivered in USPS or Canada Post), you qualify for a free replacement.

We will send the replacement using the same shipping speed you originally selected.
