         • Storms, tsunamis, tornadoes, snowstorms, heat waves, and similar events can cause delivery delays. Couriers may struggle to transport and deliver packages during extreme weather. Check local news channels for weather updates. If your local post office reports inclement conditions, your delivery may arrive later than usual. We appreciate your patience during these circumstances.

      3. International Customs Procedures

         • If your package is held up in customs due to clearance delays, please allow your country’s customs office time to complete the clearance process.
